Fried Out: Nervous System Overload

How fried out are you?












Did you know that the following symptoms are common signs that your nervous system is overloaded:

  • Persistent or sudden onset of a headache.

  • A headache that changes or is different.

  • Teeth grinding

  • Trouble with sleep

  • Digestive problems (IBS)

  • Feeling overly stressed

  • Having extremely sensitive emotions

  • Chest breathing

  • Fatigue

  • Living in 2021

When your mind and body need a break, they give you signs and signals. If you ignore these signs, you open the door for illness. Downtime, rejuvenation, introspection and REST are your healers. Our culture doesn't do a good enough job promoting HOW to "DO" rest. There's A LOT of talk out there about R&R, and it feels nice to read about the benefits of rest, but somehow we just can't figure it out? This week, I'm going to help you out.


I want you to Self-oil the hands and feet with whatever oil or lotion you have and lay like this for 20 min.
