Basic Consultation

Service Description

This is perfect for those who are generally in good health and are looking to understand Ayurveda and how to use the practices to stay well. You will learn your dosha prakruti/vikruti, be given a tongue and nail exam and leave with tools to try and implement into your daily life. If you decide during this consultation that you would like specific help with a condition, guidance on a cleanse or a report of clinical findings, you can apply the cost of this session to the whole health consultation and your second meeting will be scheduled.
